Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum age?
Gel Blasters generally ages 5–6 and up if the mask fits properly; paintball and airsoft typically ages 9–10 and up. Standard paintball equipment uses low-impact paintballs, which most kids handle well.
What is your refund or transfer policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Transfer reservations without penalty with at least 48 hours’ notice. Within 48 hours reservations are confirmed; changes or transfers may not be possible due to scheduling.
What is your weather policy?
Games run rain or shine, hot or cold within reason, day or night much of the year. Closures may occur December–February depending on Montana weather.
It’s my first time! How does paintball work?
We welcome thousands of first-time players yearly. Think dodgeball with paintball markers: balanced teams, referee instructions on rules, boundaries and objectives. In elimination games one hit means out for that round, not the session. Multiple rounds use different field layouts and game modes.
What should we wear? Do paintballs stain?
Dress for weather and comfort. We use low-impact paintballs; our paint is designed to wash out of clothing.
Does paintball hurt?
Low-impact .50-caliber paintballs have less impact than traditional .68-caliber paintballs. Most children around ages 9–10 handle them well; hits can still sting. Gel blasters and airsoft are also offered. Contact us for help choosing.
How safe is paintball?
Following safety rules is essential. Referees provide an arrival safety briefing and rules are posted. Follow referee instructions and keep protective equipment on as directed.
Can we bring food?
Yes, food is welcome; plenty of picnic tables are available. Drinks are also sold.
